Flight Buddies Needed!
We and the other rescue organizations we work with are always in need of flight buddies to help our adopted dogs get to their forever homes. If you or someone you know is traveling to Europe, US, or Canada via KLM, Qatar Airways, Lufthansa, Emirates, or Air Canada, please let us know!
What is a Flight Buddy?
A flight buddy is someone who is travelling to a destination where we have a family waiting anxiously for their new arrival.
What does a Flight buddy have to do?
Almost nothing!
You simply provide us with your flight information ahead of time so we can book the dog on your ticket as excess baggage. We cover all the fees and costs associated with this. (Please note we pay the dog's fare, not yours!)
Then we will meet you at the airport before your departure and we will check the dog in. Then you sit back and enjoy your flight. When you arrive in your destination all you need to do is collect the dog from the baggage area and wheel him on through to us. We will have a representative waiting at the other side to greet you, often with a very excited adoptive family in tow.
